Layli Ostovar is a rising volleyball star in California. She attends Mater Dei High School.
Off the court, Layli is making an incredible global impact as an Ambassador for Hope Walks, a nonprofit dedicated to treating children born with clubfoot in low- and middle-income countries. Born with clubfoot herself, Layli’s personal journey and athletic accomplishments have been a source of encouragement to families around the world. She gives them hope that their children will be able to walk, run, and play someday soon.
Among her athletic accomplishments, Layli has been honored with:
- 2024 MaxPreps Best High School Volleyball Player in California
- 2024 MaxPreps National Player of the Year Watchlist
- 2024 AVCA High School All-Region and Second Team All-American
She also was recently nominated to be the Gatorade Player of the Year. She was recently featured on the program Sports Stars of Tomorrow for both her athletic accomplishments and her generosity through organizations like Hope Walks.
