Is there a cost to attend?
Yes. Tickets are $75. Members of The Clubfoot Crew get a 20% discount.

Are sponsorships available?
Yes. We would be honored to have you or your organization sponsor the event. Sponsorship information can be found here.
If you sponsor at a level that includes an ad in our program, the ads are due by March 10, 2025.
What can I expect?
With a focus on Honduras, this event is designed to immerse you in the culture of the country and our ministry of helping children born with clubfoot. Join us and be a part of the physical and spiritual healing for these kids and their families.
What is the dress code of the West Shore Country Club?
The West Shore Country Club has a required dress code. Please come following a dressy-casual dress code. Please visit their website for dress code details: westshorecc.com/dress-code-and-policies
Please note that jeans and T-shirts are not permitted.
What is the West Shore Country Club policy for electronic devices?
Audio cell phone use is not permitted in the dining room areas of the Clubhouse. Calls may be received on the cellular devices provided they are in the vibratory mode, but cellular conversations shall be conducted outside the dining areas.
What is the West Shore Country Club's policy for smoking?
West Shore Country Club is a smoke-free facility except for the golf course, men’s card room and in designated areas of the lower patio and parking lots where cigar, cigarette and pipe smoking are permitted. Smoking is not allowed in any other area of the Clubhouse, pool bathhouses, racquet sports courts and racquet sports pro shop.
Can I bring a guest?
Yes, please invite your friends and family. If you are considering bringing more than one guest, please consider becoming a table host for the event. Your responsibilities are minimal. Simply commit to filling a table of 10 with your friends and family. More details below.
What are a table host’s responsibilities?
Table hosts are key in getting as many people to the event as possible. When becoming a table host, we ask you to commit to filling a full table (you and nine guests) or a half table (you and four guests). Feeling ambitious? You are welcome to fill as many tables as you like! Table hosts are not required to pay for the tickets of all guests at their table, unless they choose to do so. Each person can fill out the online form, register on their own and request to sit at your table.
If you would like to be a table host, we will offer a 20% discount on the tickets for those at your table.
How do I sign up to be a table host?
Please express your interest in serving as a table host by calling us at 717-502-4400 or emailing info@hopewalks.org. At that time, we will provide you with a discount code to use for the 20% discount on the tickets for those at your table.
What if I don’t fill my table?
Please do your best. We appreciate any efforts you can to help us fill the event. As mentioned above, table hosts are not required to pay for the tickets of your guests so you are under no obligation.
Will there be a cash bar available?
Yes. The country club will have a cash bar where you can purchase beverages not supplied by the gala.
