When is the Evening of Hope?
We will hold an in-person event on Friday, April 5, 2023, at the Lancaster Country Club, 1466 New Holland Pike, Lancaster, PA 17601.
Registration: 6 p.m.
Hors D’oeuvres and Experience Rooms: 6:15-7 p.m.
Dinner: 7 p.m.
Program: 8 p.m.
Conclusion: 8:30 p.m.
Is there a cost to attend?
Yes. Tickets are $50. Members of The Clubfoot Crew get a 20% discount.
How do I get to the event on April 5?
Are sponsorships available?
Yes. We would be honored to have you or your organization sponsor the event. Sponsorship information can be found here.
If you sponsor at a level that includes an ad in our program, the ads are due by March 11, 2024.
What is the dress code of the Lancaster Country Club?
The Lancaster Country Club has a required dress code. Please come following a dressy-casual dress code.

As stated in the country club guidelines, “Ladies may wear dresses and skirts, business suits, pants suits and dress slacks with appropriate tops.”

- Seasonal sport coat or blazer, and slacks
- Collared shirt: Dress, casual button-down, open-collar or polo
- Optional tie
As stated in the country club guidelines, “Suits and sport coats are required with collared or mock collared shirts and neatly pressed and properly fitted slacks. Ties are optional. Boys under age twelve (12) are not required to wear jackets. Men must remove hats, visors or caps when indoors, and in all covered dining areas. Open-toed shoes for gentlemen are not permitted in the main Clubhouse.”
Please note that jeans and T-shirts are not permitted.
What is the Lancaster Country Club policy for electronic devices?
Electronic devices must be kept on silent/vibrate mode.
Receiving and making calls are only permitted in the Ladies’ and Men’s Locker Rooms, in your vehicle or in the club parking lots.
Texts and emails may be checked and sent discreetly anywhere in the Clubhouse, Activities Pavilion or Paddle Hut. Cell phone use for the purpose of making or receiving calls is not permitted in the Golf Plaza.
Can I bring a guest?
Yes, please invite your friends and family. If you are considering bringing more than one guest, please consider becoming a table host for the event. Your responsibilities are minimal. Simply commit to filling a table of 10 with your friends and family. More details below.
What are a table host’s responsibilities?
Table hosts are key in getting as many people to the event as possible. When becoming a table host, we ask you to commit to filling a full table (you and nine guests) or a half table (you and four guests). Feeling ambitious? You are welcome to fill as many tables as you like! Table hosts are not required to pay for the tickets of all guests at their table, unless they choose to do so. Each person can fill out the online form, register on their own and request to sit at your table.
How do I sign up to be a table host?

What if I don’t fill my table?
Please do your best. We appreciate any efforts you can to help us fill the event. As mentioned above, table hosts are not required to pay for the tickets of your guests so you are under no obligation.
Will there be a cash bar available?
Yes. The country club will have a cash bar where you can purchase beverages not supplied by the gala. Water, hot tea and coffee will be provided.
